These Terms govern your use of Resonance. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to use Resonance lawfully, respectfully, and only if you are at least 18 years old.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and legally allowed to use dating and communication services in your location.

Your Account

• Provide accurate account and profile information.
• Keep your login secure and do not share your account.
• Do not impersonate another person or create deceptive profiles.
• You are responsible for all activity from your account.

Community Rules

• No harassment, hate, threats, stalking, exploitation, coercion, or abuse.
• No sexual content involving minors, and no use by minors.
• No spam, scams, fraud, commercial solicitation, or platform manipulation.
• No uploading content you do not have rights to share.
• Respect blocks, boundaries, consent, and safety requests.

Real-Life Meetups

You are responsible for your own decisions and safety. Meet in public places, tell someone you trust where you are going, and use emergency services if you are in danger.

AI Compatibility

Compatibility scores, summaries, and icebreakers are informational and may be incomplete or incorrect. They are not guarantees of compatibility, safety, identity, or relationship outcome.

Content and License

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Resonance the limited rights needed to host, display, transmit, process, moderate, and improve the service.

Enforcement

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend and delete accounts when needed to protect users.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account from Settings in the iOS app. Some records may be retained for legal, security, or trust and safety reasons.

Disclaimers

Resonance is provided as-is. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
