Report or Block a User

In the iOS app, open a user profile or chat, choose the report or more actions menu, and select the appropriate reason. Blocking hides the user from your discovery feed, map, events, matches, chat, calls, and notifications.

Safety Protocol

In a chat, use the plus button and choose Safety Protocol. You can log that you are meeting a match in real life, that you already met, or that you need urgent safety review.

Delete Your Account

To delete your account in the iOS app:

Open Profile.
Tap the settings gear.
Open Account.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm the permanent deletion prompt.

This removes or anonymizes your profile, survey answers, check-ins, matches, connections, push tokens, and messages you sent.
